We are looking for you on board our ships from fall 2025.

Chief Purser (m/f/d) on board the AIDA ships

• Commercial training in the hotel industry or banking
• Proven professional and management experience in the hotel industry, finance or service sector
• Experience on international cruise ships, ideally in the purser area
• Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
• Knowledge of property management systems and cash register systems
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a confident manner

• Monitoring and administration of all financial processes and systems on board, including the preparation of travel reports and cash accounting
• Co-responsibility for budget management in the hotel area
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOA requirements and control of revenue areas
• Managing and monitoring passenger and crew lists and all on-board accounts
• Managing a team of up to 7 employees including conducting staff development reviews and performance evaluations
• Supervision of the preparation and follow-up of passenger changeover and cabin management
• Supporting the First Purser (m/f/d) with immigration and customs matters and ensuring smooth operational cooperation with other departments
