Your Responsibilities
As a trainer (f/m/d), you will conduct training sessions and support young people in their career preparation and orientation within the specified professional field. In addition, you will actively contribute to the professional development of various groups of participants, thereby helping to ensure a secure and sustainable future.
In your new role, you will teach theoretical and practical knowledge in your field of expertise in accordance with current training regulations and framework curricula, preparing and delivering lessons.
You will teach participants methodological and technical knowledge as well as social and interpersonal skills, taking into account appropriate learning materials and objectives.
In doing so, you will assist with the implementation of competency assessment procedures, conduct development meetings, and, in collaboration with the team, support the individual professional development of the participants.
You will document learning progress and write training reports.
Your Qualifications
Completed vocational training and several years of solid experience as a cook
Training certificate in accordance with the AEVO (Training Qualifications Ordinance)
A master craftsman’s certificate is desirable but not required
Submission of an extended criminal background check is required
Fluency in German
Enjoyment of working with young people
