Tradition-conscious and forward-looking: the KIRINUS Alpenpark Klinik has been an institution on Lake Tegernsee since 1962. Run by the third generation of the family, we set standards at the highest medical level in a sophisticated ambience. We are taking the next step in our development with the upcoming clinic extension based on a design by star architect Matteo Thun. Once the conversion and extension of our clinic is complete, a star-level à la carte restaurant will be opened. The cuisine at the KIRINUS Alpenpark Clinic is not of the standard of a hospital kitchen, but is of the quality of an upmarket restaurant with set menus. We would like to continue our pioneering work in the German gastronomy landscape in the future - preferably together with you.
Your tasks
Cooking at a high level with a high degree of in-house production
You cook healthily and at the same time with sophistication and creativity
Representative presentation and serving of the dishes
You will be involved in our gourmet evening once a week
Collaboration in the preparation of menu plans and the creation of new dishes
Quality control as well as incoming and outgoing goods
Implementation of hygiene standards
Your qualifications
You are a committed, creative chef (m/f/d) with completed vocational training and/or initial gastronomic work experience
You are interested in the profession and in further training opportunities
You enjoy working independently and as part of a team
