TheBOXENSTOP Bistro Büssinghalle is looking for reinforcement! Our charming restaurant in a historic half-timbered hall is part of the well-known BOXENSTOP Auto∙Zweirad∙Spielzeug Museum. We spoil our guests with Swabian-Italian cuisine and prefer to work with artisan, regional food.
Our guests enjoy 50 seats insideand 75 more on our Mediterranean terrace.
Your tasks
- Preparation of high-quality Swabian-Italian dishes
- Creative co-design of the menu and seasonal dishes
- Responsible handling of fresh, regional foods
- Ensuring a smooth process in the kitchen area
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Collaboration in the kitchen and service team
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) or relevant professional experience
- Passion for high-quality, handcrafted cuisine
- Creativity and enjoyment of new culinary ideas
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working
- Team spirit and a friendly, professional manner
- Interest in long-term cooperation
Your working hours
The bistro is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
Kitchen hours:
- Wed-Fri: 5-9 p.m
- Sat & Sun: 11-14 hrs and 17-21 hrs
We offer you
Attractive salary & bonuses
- Annual salary of up to € 60,000 gross possible
- Night surcharge: 10 % from 9 pm
- Sunday surcharge: 50
- Public holiday bonus: 100
- All bonuses are tax and social security free
- Punctual payment: on the 5th of the following month
