Your tasks
Are you full of energy and love creating culinary experiences? As a chef (m/f/d) in our exclusive restaurant in the brand-new Allianz Park Stuttgart, you will be part of the fine dining team that creates exquisite menus for special occasions. You will have the opportunity to implement your creative ideas in a state-of-the-art kitchen and create unique culinary experiences. With your passion and flair for taste and presentation, you will develop refined and innovative menus that will delight our guests and enchant their senses. Your attention to detail and organizational skills make you an indispensable member of our catering team. Creation and preparation of innovative and classic dishes for events
Creative and healthy menu design in collaboration with the team
Supporting the kitchen teams in the staff restaurant as required
Support in the planning, organization and implementation of events in collaboration with event management and kitchen management
Training and supervision of trainees
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
Several years of experience as a chef de partie in an à la carte restaurant, preferably in upscale gastronomy
Creativity in creating modern dishes – also vegetarian and vegan
Specialist knowledge, passion, willingness to take responsibility and an eye for detail
Flexibility and willingness to work evenings
