Your tasks
Managing the service processes of food production and supply
Ensuring the quality of production and kitchen services in accordance with current knowledge and legal, economic and internal company requirements
Compliance with legal and operational hygiene standards and specifications
Monitoring and compliance with stock levels and consumption deadlines
Responsibility for the cleaning processes of the workplace/room and the kitchen area, including work equipment
Your qualifications
Successfully completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
It would be desirable to have completed further training as a dietician (m/f/d)
