We, Catering Gesellschaft Himmelsthür, are a subsidiary of Diakonie Himmelsthür and produce 7,500 meals a day. Your tasks
Production of hot and cold dishes according to specified standards
Planning and control of production specifications
Compliance with hygiene, ISO and HACCP requirements, as well as food regulations
Responsibility for the proper storage, processing and disposal of food
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or in a similar profession
Professional experience in communal catering or commercial kitchens
You are professionally confident and have a high level of quality awareness
