At Hohenfrieder Lebensmittelveredelung (WfbM), a large number of different products are produced in organic quality for regional partners in an extensive contract manufacturing facility.
Your tasks
Preparation and cooking of meals and food in organic quality
Ordering and receiving goods
Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Ensuring that all food is stored correctly
Regularly checking stock levels
Production with the involvement of the supervised employees (m/f/d)
Ensuring our high quality standards
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or have comparable training
Knowledge of HACCP
Compliance with legal requirements and regulations is a matter of course for you
Careful use of resources and a strong focus on quality
Enjoy accompanying and guiding supervised employees (m/f/d)
Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
