The Deutsche Bundesbank’s “Abwinkl” vacation home is located in the district of the same name in Bad Wiessee on Lake Tegernsee in the Bavarian Alps. We offer members of the Bundesbank 32 guest rooms with a varied half-board offer.
Your tasks
As part of a small kitchen team of 3 people, you will be responsible for all kitchen work to create our half-board offer with a choice of changing buffets
You will be actively involved in the menu planning with regional and fresh products and ensure compliance with quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations
On the kitchen manager’s days off, you will take over the management of the kitchen
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook
Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working, strong commitment, ability to work under pressure as well as friendly and courteous appearance with good manners
German language skills
Professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility is an advantage
