The Studierendenwerk Düsseldorf is responsible for the economic, health, cultural and social support of around 60,000 students at the four state universities in Düsseldorf and the Hochschule Niederrhein in Krefeld and Mönchengladbach and the Hochschule Rhein-Waal and offers a wide range of services to make life easier for students.
Your tasks
Mainly: Production of daily specials, taking into account economic efficiency
If necessary, production planning, determination of requirements, depreciation in our merchandise management program TL Mensa
Continuous further development of quality within the framework of economic conditions
Your qualifications
Successfully completed training as a chef
Preferably with professional experience in communal catering
Good IT user skills, ideally in merchandise management programs
Reliable implementation of HACCP and hygiene regulations
Good communication and service skills, team player, able to work under pressure and flexible
Friendly in dealing with customers / colleagues
Car driver’s license required
