Planning and creating varied menus that incorporate seasonal ingredients

In-depth knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Experience leading and motivating kitchen teams
Ability to handle high pressure and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
Strong creativity in menu planning and the presentation of dishes
Work hours are between 2:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Work on weekends and holidays
