Your Responsibilities
* Active and creative participation in the preparation of the
meals and services to be provided
* Overseeing the cooking and production processes and the work assignments
made by the kitchen manager regarding meal service within the scope of the
cafeteria’s mandate to provide meals for patients and employees
in the staff cafeteria
* Cleaning the work area and equipment
* Supervising and monitoring food distribution and
catering for staff in the staff cafeteria
* Monitoring tasks and ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your Qualifications
* Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
* Several years of professional experience in the specified field
* Professional experience in commercial kitchens
* High level of commitment, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset
and approach
* Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a professional and
confident demeanor both internally and externally
* Willingness to continuously develop professionally
* Experience working with HACCP guidelines
