Tasks That Will Help You Advance
You will plan and create the weekly menu, determine inventory needs, and prepare orders for both stored and fresh goods.
Together with the kitchen team, you will prepare fresh, varied dishes, plate them, and ensure an appealing presentation and supervision of the buffet.
You will carefully and reliably clean and maintain the work area and kitchen equipment.
You will ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards and consistently enforce them.
Skills You Bring to the Table
You have successfully completed your training as a chef (m/f/d).
You have several years of professional experience in the kitchen, ideally in a commercial kitchen or in corporate catering.
You have in-depth knowledge of food safety, including HACCP guidelines, and hold a valid food safety certificate in accordance with the Infection Protection Act (IfSG).
You are known for your independent, organized, and reliable work style and always maintain a clear overview even in high-pressure situations.
You take nutritional requirements into account when planning and preparing meals.
The ability to work well in a team, treating colleagues with respect, and a strong service orientation come naturally to you.
