About us:
The Gasthaus Fuldaer Hof, a traditional inn in Fulda/ Maberzell which we have been running with great passion for over 20 years, is preparing for the opening of our historic hall, the "Fuldaer Hof Saalbau", at the end of November 2024. This unique location will be available for weddings, business and cultural events in the future.
We are looking for a committed and experienced chef (m/f/d) to strengthen our kitchen team.
Tasks of the cook (m/f/d):
- Responsible for the preparation and workflow of the á la carte business and catering
- Production, preparation and serving of meals
- Guidance of the kitchen assistants
- Developing new dishes in collaboration with the FH team
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training and/or experience in the catering industry
- Reliability, resilience and flexibility
- Good team player
- good knowledge of German
