Your tasks
Preparation of fresh and balanced meals, taking nutritional aspects into account
Creative development of menus, daily and weekly specials, taking into account seasonal and regional offers
Planning and organizing daily work processes in the kitchen, including ordering food, coordinating with suppliers and managing kitchen inventory
Ensuring cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
Implementing and adhering to the HACCP concept, including temperature management and ensuring traceability through retained samples
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a chef, especially in the area of new trends and modern and balanced cuisine
Creativity, innovative spirit and a team and service-oriented way of working
Organizational skills and ability to coordinate work processes efficiently
Profound knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and techniques
