Your tasks
Preparation of high-quality and visually appealing dishes
Ensuring the best possible quality of the food on offer and hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept in the kitchen area
Proper and professional storage of food
Carrying out food distribution
Instructing kitchen staff
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef
Further training in food hygiene (HACCP)
Expert knowledge of e.g. light meals, allergens
Careful, independent work
