For members of the Deutsche Bundesbank, we run the “Tannenhof” vacation home in Grafenhausen in the Black Forest with a total of 16 guest rooms and 3 apartments
Your tasks
We offer our guests half-board with a choice of different menus. You will carry out all kitchen work in a small kitchen team. On the kitchen manager’s days off, you will be in charge of the kitchen.
Your qualifications
You are a trained cook or housekeeper or kitchen assistant
Initial experience in the kitchen is an advantage
Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Ability to work independently
Commitment and ability to work under pressure
Friendly and courteous demeanor
Ability to work in a team
Ideally good knowledge of German
