Your tasks
Preparation, design and presentation of cold platters for patients
Preparation, production and serving of menus for our patients
Checking the serving of meals
Supporting the dietician
Receiving and checking goods and storing food properly
Compliance with hygiene and food regulations
Supporting the team
Instruction and management of assistants
Participation in the optimization of workflows and processes in the kitchen
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
You are characterized by professional quality and social competence
Extensive specialist knowledge of food and hygiene regulations
Independent and careful way of working
Enjoy working with people
Flexibility and reliability

German language skills
