We are a traditional inn in the heart of Upper Bavaria. Our house has been family-owned for almost exactly 120 years.
We are known for our Bavarian and international cuisine. In addition to typical Bavarian delicacies, we offer fish and game specialties, a selection of vegetarian dishes and international classics.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for a
Cook/junior cook (m/f/d)
for a full-time permanent position.
Tasks
- Preparation of hot and cold dishes as well as the associated preparation and finishing work
- Economical organization of work processes
- Compliance with all hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP
- Participation in the creation of the menu and its pricing
- Implementation of internal promotions
- Cleaning and maintaining work equipment and machines
- Assistance with ordering food and other goods
Profile
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in gastronomy or catering
- Confident handling of technical kitchen equipment
- Enthusiasm and willingness to perform
- Team player with a passion for cooking
- Friendliness in dealing with our guests
