Your Responsibilities
Fleet-wide review and analysis of existing housekeeping processes with regard to optimized workflows, compliance with standards, and budget requirements
Conceptual preparations for the commissioning of new ships
Analysis of existing structures and processes, as well as their further development to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
Development and monitoring of housekeeping standards, briefing materials, and training documents
Specialized training for onboard staff on the ships
Conducting department-specific market analyses and selecting housekeeping products
Your Qualifications
Training in the hospitality industry with professional and leadership experience in the hotel sector, or several years of professional experience in housekeeping in a leadership position
Experience managing an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
Fluency in spoken and written English
In-depth knowledge of hotel-specific processes, e.g., USPH (U.S. Public Health)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and hotel-specific software
Willingness to travel frequently and diplomatic communication skills
Confident demeanor, flexibility, commitment to service, and a strong sense of responsibility
