Crew Service Employee (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the service or commercial sector, specialization in human resources desirable
- First experience preferably in ship operations or in the field of personnel management
- Ideally knowledge of personnel software (Mistral)
- Experience with entry regulations for crew members
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- High degree of personal responsibility, service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Support for hired crew members
- Supporting all crew members in the onboarding process by e-mail and telephone
- checking the entry requirements for cruising areas
- Processing administrative procedures: creating/checking contracts, forms & certificates
- Maintenance of digital personnel files
- Support with department-specific projects and tasks
