Your tasks
You are responsible for the occupancy of our residential home
* You advise interested parties on our residential and care services
* You will process inquiries from interested parties, draw up contracts and
closely accompany the move-in and move-out process
* You will support and coordinate house-related projects such as
e.g. customer surveys, audits, renovations
* You organize and accompany the cultural events in our

* You maintain our database and create meaningful statistics

* You maintain all contacts with interested parties and residents
* You communicate regularly with external service providers
* You will work closely with the Customer Care / Marketing department at our head office

* You will present our residential home at information days and trade fairs
Your qualifications
You have completed commercial or gastronomic vocational training
(e.g. in the hotel industry)
* You communicate in an empathetic and target group-oriented manner. You have
a very good command of German
* Your appearance is confident, friendly and competent
* You can work in a structured, networked and resource-conserving manner
internally and externally
* You are credible, tolerant in your dealings with colleagues and residents
and absolutely authentic
* You are adept at using the common MS Office programs
