What you can expect from us :
- Providing a professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a superior
- Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if the authority has been granted
- Preparing events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, setting the tables and carrying out the mise en place
- Maintaining the house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
What we wish for :
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- first professional experience in the upscale hotel industry desirable
- Open-mindedness, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy dealing with international guests
