Spielbank Mainz Beteiligungs-GmbH operates the “Casino Lounge” and two other bars at Spielbank Mainz GmbH & Co. KG for catering to the gaming guests. The “Casino Lounge” is a lounge bar for up to 80 guests. As an event location, we offer the perfect setting for company celebrations, birthday parties or stag and hen parties, whether as a reception, buffet or party with DJ. We offer delicious drinks, cool cocktails and snacks for the small appetite.

Shared responsibility for the smooth running of the entire F&B area

Development & further expansion of the team
Further development and optimization of your own area of responsibility
Presence & cooperation in guest service
Preparation and implementation of events
Carrying out inventories and orders

Your qualifications
Completed gastronomic training or sound experience in the hotel or catering industry
First management experience
Professional appearance and good communication skills
Very good organizational skills, cost awareness and motivation skills
Team player
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to work nights, Sundays and public holidays in shifts
