Your tasks

You are (co-)responsible for the coordination and organization of the entire kitchen process with the associated key business figures
You support your kitchen team leader in the professional management of your team, in conducting motivating, appreciative discussions with employees and are responsible for personnel planning, scheduling and development, among other things
Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP is also one of your tasks, as is merchandise management
You work closely with your kitchen team leader and your operations manager and are in constant communication with them

Your way of working is characterized by a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness and is complemented by your positive and well-groomed charisma
In addition to relevant professional experience, you also have experience in managing employees
Respectful and cordial interaction with our guests, employees and colleagues is easy for you and comes naturally to you
You work just as confidently in the à la carte business as you do when running buffets
Your professional profile is rounded off by good time management skills and a good way of expressing yourself (both verbally and in writing)
