To support and enrich our team, we are looking for a dedicated Deputy Head Chef (m/f/d) for our individual Rickmers Gallery Restaurant at **** Hotel Rickmers Insulaner as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
- Active cooperation in all positions
- Sharing responsibility for efficient work processes in the kitchen
- Supporting the head chef in planning and organization
- Induction of new employees
- Checking and clearing deliveries of goods
- Implementation of quality management and hygiene regulations
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High quality awareness
- Structured way of working
- Creativity, ability to work in a team
