Your tasks
Support in the planning of personnel resources (duty scheduling, recording working hours, etc.)
If deputizing, conducting recruitment interviews and deciding on the recruitment of new employees as well as assisting in the preparation of references
Assisting with the organization and/or implementation of training/induction courses for new employees
Compliance with and monitoring of occupational health and safety
Monitoring and compliance with processes for the proper and professional reprocessing of reusable medical devices
Your qualifications
Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) for medical devices FMA DGSV or qualification in specialist course II according to the guidelines of the German Society for Sterile Supply (DGSV) or willingness to complete FK II
Endoscopy specialist course and DGSV validation course desirable
Professional experience in a similar position desirable
Leadership and social skills as well as motivation
Willingness for further and advanced training
