Your tasks
* deputy head of the entire housekeeping department of the
Georg-Brauchle-Haus
* Implementation and assurance of quality standards
* Ongoing review of work processes
* Training and instructing employees
* Service planning and billing
* Materials management for the housekeeping area
* Preparation of deployment and vacation planning
* Management of employees
* Implementation of hygiene regulations
Your qualifications
* Housekeeping training
* A corresponding further qualification as a housekeeping master
(m/f/d) or housekeeping manager (m/f/d) is an advantage
Advantage
* First professional experience in the housekeeping sector desirable, but
not a must
* Social skills in dealing with residents, customers and employees
* Conceptual and strategic thinking and acting
* Organizational skills and ability to work independently
* Good knowledge of MS Office products
