You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Supporting the housekeeper in all matters
- Responsibility for the high quality of floor and laundry service
- Responsible for lost property and its management and return to guests
- Ensuring smooth work processes and reliable cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Checking and ensuring order and cleanliness in all storage areas, floor offices and cleaning rooms
- Coordinating communication with other departments (especially technology and reception) to ensure a complete flow of information for the smooth processing of all matters
- Supporting cooperation with external companies
- Constant quality assurance and compliance with standards according to the specifications of tristar GmbH and the franchisor
