Your tasks
Deputy management, further development and organization of kitchen operations as well as the complete food supply of a central kitchen
Managing and ensuring our quality standards
Deputy management of a team of employees
Responsibility for staff deployment planning and rostering
Close and trusting cooperation with employee committees
Handling commercial and organizational merchandise management
Compliance with legal provisions and regulations, in particular HACCP guidelines
Collaboration in food preparation
Supporting the planning and implementation of new catering concepts
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training as a (diet) cook
Several years of professional experience in kitchens with communal catering
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees
Experience in dealing with employee committees
Further training in the area of special diets an advantage
Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, flexibility and assertiveness
