Your tasks
You are responsible for the smooth daily operation of the entire business, both in the dining room and in the back office
You will be responsible for personnel management and the development of your employees in close coordination with your management team
Professional and respectful communication with your employees is one of your most important tasks
You share responsibility for all key business figures and budget achievement
You communicate professionally with our guests, employees and superiors in all departments of our company as well as with external partners
Your qualifications
Professional experience in a comparable function with corresponding experience in employee management
Host personality with everything that goes with it: basic understanding of gastronomy, a communicative, friendly manner, flexible organizational talent, enjoyment of independent work and the motivation to lend a hand
Entrepreneurial thinking and the talent to manage employees well: a good understanding of business and organizational issues with the willingness to take on responsibility
Good time management skills and good communication skills (written and verbal) round off your professional profile
