- Manage the development and maintenance of mobile applications throughout the software lifecycle
- Lead the (external) development team
- Define and ensure high quality and performance standards
- Plan and document technical specifications for clear development roadmap
- Develop and configure technical specifications for a clear development roadmap;t and performance standards
- Planning and documenting technical specifications for a clear development roadmap
- Developing and configuring applications to meet business requirements;
- Build internal development capabilities as needed
- Define standards for testable, scalable and efficient code and conduct code reviews
- Mentoring for junior developers and developers;for junior team members and promotion of best practices in the industry
- Active curiosity for relevant new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the software product
