Our psychiatric hospital treats around 17,000 inpatients, day patients and outpatients every year in seven independent clinics of various specialties at seven locations. With around 1,850 employees, the hospital is one of the largest employers in the Heilbronn-Franken region. Klinikum am Weissenhof is recognized as an academic teaching hospital of Heidelberg University and is involved in teaching psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine.
All of our meals come from our in-house canteen kitchen. It is particularly important for us to provide our patients and employees with a variety of dishes. Around 800 meals are prepared in our canteen kitchen every day.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a
Dietician (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- comprehensive nutritional therapy / advice for our patients with the aim of promoting a healthy diet
- Ensuring and participating in daily production
- Preparation and post-processing as well as final inspection of portioning
- Writing and preparing advice media
- Creating diet, nutrition and meal plans for various types of diets
- Planning all dietary food types and training employees in their preparation
- Ordering all dietary foods
- Managing the interface between the wards and the food supply department
Your profile
- completed training as a dietician
- Professional experience in a healthcare facility with communal catering desirable
- Team and communication skills
- independent and autonomous way of working
- Class B driving license for the nutritional consultations in our branch offices
