Your job
AsDirector Hotel Operations(f⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you can expect more than just a varied job – you will also be immersed in the world of seafaring!
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of new concepts
- Creating budgets and monitoring them in your area of responsibility
- Planning and structuring the supervised operational processes on board
- Ensuring high quality standards
- Controlling the purchase of goods and on-board sales
- Evaluation of the ship’s travel reports in the area of responsibility
- High travel activity
Your course & your talents
What you bring with you:
- Sound expertise in hotel operations management
- Qualified training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of experience as a manager or hotel manager on board a cruise ship
- Strong understanding of business management, especially merchandise management
- Ability to work within budget and to present and analyze economic targets
- Leadership qualities, assertiveness, flexibility and organizational talent
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Very good IT skills
