We are looking for a committed and service-oriented reinforcement for our Business Center in Frankfurt am Main at the earliest possible date. Briefly about us: As a subsidiary of the French Chamber of Foreign Trade in Germany, we are the largest Franco-German export consulting company with 40 employees. In addition to our headquarters in Saarbrücken, we operate from our business center in 60594 Frankfurt/Main (Sachsenhausen). The position of our local representative will become vacant due to retirement:

Bilingual German/French

Your tasks

  • Receiving and distributing mail
  • Reception and support of visitors
  • Welcoming new customers and helping them move in
  • Customer care and general administrative tasks
  • Coordination and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Support with organizational and administrative processes

Your profile

  • Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor
  • Experience in office organization or in the reception area is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and enjoy customer contact
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Confident handling of Office365 and MS Teams
  • Bilingual German-French, knowledge of English an advantage

Our offer

  • Place of work: Frankfurt am Main (Sachsenhausen), free parking in underground parking garage, within walking distance of Südbahnhof and the Dom/Römer and Schweizer Platz subway stations
  • Permanent position, open-ended employment contract, full-time (35-40 hours/week) or part-time (20-25 hours/week, mornings 5 days/week), start date by arrangement
