Your previous course
- Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training, career changers are also welcome
- Technical understanding and initial experience in first-level support or similar IT services
- Very good German and good English skills, as well as knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
Your destination
- First point of contact for our employees for technical challenges by phone, email or chat
- Carrying out diagnoses and solving problems using appropriate techniques
- Ensuring system administration and compliance with quality standards
- Analyzing and rectifying IT faults or forwarding them via the ticket system
- Installing, configuring and commissioning hardware and software
- Administration of user accounts, access rights and security guidelines
- Documenting events and problems and their solutions in logs
