Your previous course

  • Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training, career changers are also welcome
  • Technical understanding and initial experience in first-level support or similar IT services
  • Very good German and good English skills, as well as knowledge of Windows and Office 365
  • Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation

Your destination

  • First point of contact for our employees for technical challenges by phone, email or chat
  • Carrying out diagnoses and solving problems using appropriate techniques
  • Ensuring system administration and compliance with quality standards
  • Analyzing and rectifying IT faults or forwarding them via the ticket system
  • Installing, configuring and commissioning hardware and software
  • Administration of user accounts, access rights and security guidelines
  • Documenting events and problems and their solutions in logs
