Your tasks
Service support and collaboration in the planning and implementation of internal events, conferences, etc.
Coordinating, organizing and providing catering and professional hospitality for board members and guests
Preparing, setting up and decorating conference and meeting rooms
Coordinating, instructing and monitoring the caterer used
Managing and monitoring the catering machines provided as well as the fridges, dishwashers and other equipment
Support with administrative activities in personnel management
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training in the restaurant/hotel sector and/or commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience
Practical experience in the organization and management of caterers while maintaining high service and quality standards
Commercial knowledge, especially in invoice verification and in the use of common Microsoft Office applications
Strong service mindset and organizational skills – you keep an overview, even when things get hectic
Friendly, competent communication in contact with different people and, last but not least, plenty of team spirit
