Your Job
The stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you’ll deliver top-notch entertainment and create unforgettable, spine-tingling moments:
- Managing and maintaining media servers and content for various events and shows at a digital dining restaurant
- Setting up, taking down, operating, and handling all audiovisual equipment, including projectors and media servers, at the assigned location
- Managing access controls in IT networks to support the Entertainment Department
- Maintaining and servicing media technology
- Troubleshooting technical issues and promptly repairing or replacing equipment
- Administrative tasks and reporting
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Degree or training in media technology or event technology
- Experience with audiovisual equipment, particularly projectors as well as lighting and sound systems in permanent installations
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair related to audiovisual and video server systems
- Experience with media servers and digital media content
- Very good English skills, good German skills
- IT skills (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, network access control)
- Excellent customer service skills
