Your Job
The stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you’ll deliver top-notch entertainment and create unforgettable, spine-tingling moments:
- Implementation and quality control of shows at the venue you’ll be managing
- Organizing and managing the flow of various show formats (ideally including show caller duties)
- Managing evening performances and rehearsals, coordinating technical and musical requirements, and overseeing choreography, acrobatics, and costumes
- Supervising and guiding the artists, technicians, and costume assistants involved during show operations
- Stage Management
- Artistic development and implementation of additional formats
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the venue and its backstage area
- Administrative tasks and reporting
- Close collaboration with the entertainment management and supervisory team
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Training or a degree in one of the following fields: directing, dramaturgy, or cultural management
- Experience in directing (or assistant directing), artist/company management, and directing evening performances and rehearsals
- A deep understanding of the interplay between structure and creativity
- Understanding of how all disciplines work together in show production
- Experience in planning and executing events and show formats
- Experience in stage management is a plus
- Experience in live TV is a plus
- Good command of German and very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
