Who are we?
The ZUGBRÜCKE is a privately run 4-star superior hotel with 137 rooms, conference center with 14 function rooms, 2 restaurants with a total of 230 seats, bar, club, brewery, pizzeria, bowling, sports and wellness. A very varied offer in a very idyllic location: in the middle of the countryside, but still anything but out of the world.
Since our foundation in 1964, we have grown to become one of the leading private hotels in Rhineland-Palatinate. We have only been able to achieve this thanks to a motivated team and many long-standing employees. We are looking for someone to fulfill the wishes of our F&B guests with immediate effect or by arrangement:
Event Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks!
- active sales of events and celebrations such as weddings, birthdays & company parties
- House tours and customer arrangements on site
- Preparation of offers and reservations for celebrations
- during the events you are personally present and thus the direct contact person for our wedding couples or anniversaries
- Processing reservations for our F&B outlets via the various reservation systems
- Supporting the F&B outlets in their day-to-day business
- close cooperation with kitchen and service for coordination
- Further development of our diverse gastronomic offer together with our service manager
What you need!
- completed vocational training in the hotel or event industry or have worked in a similar position before
- Knowledge of the Opera Cloud hotel software and of course Microsoft 365 or Office would be nice, but is not a must
- You are also happy to be there for our guests at the weekend
- well-groomed appearance, good German language skills and very good manners
