Event Coordinator (STARS)*

You will be happy to take on these tasks:

  • Holistic planning, organization and implementation of events and conferences
  • From concept development to follow-up and evaluation, you will take full responsibility for all events
  • You will provide personal support on site
  • Guided tours and other sales activities with customers
  • Accepting event inquiries and preparing offers and contracts in collaboration with our revenue management team
  • Coordination with other departments for the implementation of events
  • Administrative work and data maintenance
  • Participation in debriefings with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify suggestions for improvement for future events
