Your tasks
Management and coordination : Professional management of a post in the kitchen area and coordination of work processes in compliance with quality standards.
Kitchen work and events : Preparation and execution of kitchen work in day-to-day business as well as for demanding evening events.
Creativity and recipe development : Creative collaboration in all kitchen areas and development of new recipes.
Teamwork and training : Close cooperation with the kitchen management, representation in tasks and instruction of trainees.
Sustainability and hygiene : Sustainable work, conscious handling of food and storage care in compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP and Flowtify).
Your qualifications
Education and experience : Successfully completed training as a chef with several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally abroad.
Specialist knowledge and management : Expertise in banqueting, catering and conference catering as well as experience in F&B management and communal catering.
Technical skills : Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP system and strong PC skills (Word, Teams, etc.).
Teamwork and Intercultural Skills : Team player with excellent intercultural skills, creativity in the kitchen and training certificate (AEVO) – desirable.
Language skills and flexibility : Good written and spoken English as well as high flexibility and resilience.
