The Eggerode Forest House is the youth education center of the DPSG Diocesan Association of Magdeburg. The grounds include the Forest House, several bungalows that can accommodate a total of 46 people, and a youth campground for 100 people.
Your Responsibilities
Management of housekeeping operations, particularly the kitchen, cleaning, and occupancy and guest management
Staff scheduling
Meal preparation
Coordination of repair work
Occupancy and guest coordination, including reservations
Monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety standards
Your Qualifications
Completed training as a housekeeper or similar comparable training or experience in the field
If possible, initial professional experience managing a youth facility
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
A structured and independent work style
Ability to collaborate and strong organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a confident demeanor
A positive attitude toward working in a Catholic youth organization
Class B driver’s license
