Food & Beverage Controller (m/f/d)
YOUR PROFILE:
You have completed vocational training in a gastronomic profession, preferably as a chef, and have completed additional certified business management or commercial training.
In addition to your professional qualifications, you are particularly characterized by
- A high degree of initiative, commitment, motivation and the ability to communicate and work in a team
- Strong social skills and a service-oriented, friendly personality
- Very good manners, discretion, flexibility and quick comprehension skills
- Knowledge of the processes and requirements of communal catering
- Confident handling of IT, especially MS Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of the merchandise management system
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic planning, monitoring and analysis of all financial aspects to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service;
this includes:
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Cost optimization
- Monitoring systems, such as cash register systems, updating controlling tools and
- Suggest system optimizations
- Support with pricing
The full-time or part-time position is permanent. The classification is based on the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD-VKA) and is in pay group 9a TVöD-VKA.
