We are looking for the next possible date for a
Foreman (f/m/d) in the cleaning department
for our Asklepios Facility Services Hamburg GmbH team at the Hamburg site on a full-time/part-time basis
Asklepios Facility Services Hamburg GmbH is a subsidiary of Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH and is responsible for all infrastructural services in the hospital area.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Organization of work processes and control of work results
- Quality assurance in accordance with the quality management specifications
- Supporting the team leader in the implementation of staff deployment, duty and vacation planning for the employees in your area
- Induction and training of new employees
- Contact person for the team leader
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in building cleaning / ideally in hospital cleaning
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Experience in employee management
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
