Your tasks

* Management of the front office team, including receptionists,
Guest relations and porters
* Ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process
as well as a friendly and professional reception for our
* Handling guest complaints and resolving issues to ensure a
ensure a positive guest experience
* Manage reservations, room assignments and room rates
in accordance with hotel policies
* Training and development of front office staff to ensure
ensure first class service

Your qualifications

* Completed training or studies in the hotel industry,
Tourism management or a comparable qualification
* Proven experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a
managerial position at the reception desk
* Excellent knowledge of hotel software (e.g. Mews or Opera) and MS
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced

* High service orientation and an eye for detail
