Front Office Manager (STARS)*

You are happy to take on these tasks:

  • Coordinating and ensuring that everything always runs smoothly at the front office
  • Professional and cordial reception as well as optimal care of our guests
  • Check in and check out our guests, as well as complaint management
  • Effective handling of special guest requests and challenges
  • Responsibility for cash management and debtor control
  • Ensuring the correct handling of the franchisor's bonus systems
  • Contact person for the front office team, duty roster planning; vacation plan planning (this in cooperation with the management)
  • Carry out all administrative tasks at the front and in the back office safely and independently
  • You contribute to an efficient operational process and ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our hotel
  • Completion and control of F/O daily tasks according to applicable checklists
  • Collaboration at the front office in the operational business in the early and late shift
  • Handling guest correspondence
