Group & Banquet Coordinator (STARS)*
You are happy to take on these tasks:
- You are responsible for the operational preparation and planning of events and group reservations
- Creation of banquet and day offers is in your hands
- You provide on-site operational support for group and banquet events
- Invoicing events and group reservations and maintaining contact with bookers and decision-makers
- Calculating and drafting prices for group offers
- Correspondence in accounting and processing of accounts receivable and reminders
- Supporting the General Manager in the creation of duty rosters
- All administrative tasks in the event area, as well as preparing the menu
- You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our hotel
