We support people over 25 who want to gain a foothold in the job market after (prolonged) unemployment. Casa Blanka provides kitchen staff for lunch in schools, daycare centers and youth facilities. Our satisfied customers currently include over 70 schools and daycare centers in Düsseldorf.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ...
If you have professional experience in the areas of communal catering, housekeeping or gastronomy, you will fit in with us. You have completed vocational training and:
- Management experience
- Strong customer orientation
- An eye for the big picture and a good eye for detail
- Business management understanding and action
- Good IT skills in MS Excel, MS Word and openness to technical developments
- Good nerves when things get tough
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Personnel management of a team of up to 90 kitchen staff in the school catering sector
- Personnel planning and recruitment
- Planning, implementation and documentation of training courses
- Assisting with monthly accounting
- Maintaining regular contact and advising on practical work on site
- Creating service descriptions and calculations
- Complaints management
