Your tasks
You are responsible for the coordination and organization of the entire kitchen process with the associated key business figures
You will lead and motivate your team, conduct professional and appreciative employee appraisals and take on tasks such as personnel planning, scheduling and development
Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP is also one of your tasks, as is merchandise management
You work closely with your management and are in constant communication with them
